“Movies, music, plays- it's all time-based art. There's a beginning and a middle and an end. and you have to see it from beginning to end. You're restrained to that time line, that way of experiencing it. But then there's paintings, no beginning, no middle, no end. You see what you want to see when you want to see it. No restrictions. It's just there” Film was indeed like a beautiful painting with so many goosebumpy moments and added gorgeousness of parallel universe/Dream thingy going back and forth yet story was highly focused. It was like a lesson on relationships and life. Complexities in the narration can be taken in any way you want yet it’s addictive. It beautifully comes together as a puzzle slowly as the performance or writing never seems to wander here and there. Every dialogue has got a link to another in some way or the other. It’s all about the final fate and possibilities…

ugh, the movie honestly left me disappointed. it’s one of those movies that tries so hard to be deep and different but ends up feeling kinda pretentious instead. some of the conversations between the two leads actually feel real and grounded, but then the next moment it slips back into these overly “quirky” and pseudo-deep dialogues that just don’t land. the soundtrack doesn’t help either....it’s like every scene is trying to convince you it’s emotional and profound when it’s really not. the camera work and editing felt all over the place too, which made it seem a bit amateurish. i really wanted to like it, but i just didn’t get it. almost bored me to tears, sorry :((
