Spiritually similar to Sleepaway Camp, but it lacks the sincerity. Look, watch Sleepaway Camp and then watch Blood Theater and you'll immediately get why, as a very general rule with many exceptions, sincere films always trump cynical or snarky films. I don't even know if Blood Theater is particularly snarky but it feels that way. Snarky vibes? And I'd like to apologize for using a particular word in the above review. I didn't have a thesaurus handy and I'm tired. My two stars go to all the hot pants in this movie .... holy smokes 🥵😛😋
