
Batman and his sidekick Robin attempt to the foil the sinister schemes of a deranged set of new villains, most notably the melancholy Mr. Freeze, who wants to make Gotham City into an arctic region, and the sultry Poison Ivy, a botanical femme fatale. As the Dynamic Duo contend with these bad guys, a third hero, Batgirl, joins the ranks of the city's crime-fighters.

20/100 Behold, the camp of Batman Forever displayed without any of the charm that made the previous movie a winner. This movie is just bad, and its bad in a way that's more confusing than anything else. Like any bad superhero movie, this movie has like four or five plots and most of them are terrible. Poison Ivy's storyline is just Catwoman again but somehow worse, Bane gets another bad adaptation to add to the pile (I'm pretty sure his actor isn't even listed in the credits) and Mr. Freeze, one of the most tragic Batman villains, is now...making ice puns. Cool. And Batwoman's here as well, as if we needed another character I don't care about. If I went into this movie blind, I would not come out thinking Batman's a cool guy. He seems kind of lame, in fact, and loses basically every major fight. Clooney's Dark Knight is alright, but a major step down from Keaton and Kilmer's fantastic…
