A Sailor's Promises

A group of sailors usually spends their shore leave chasing after girls in the ports they dock at. This time, however, the young men will limit themselves to acting as go-betweens. They’ll devote their energies to helping bring to a successful conclusion the romance between one of their officers and the manager of a record store.
