I went through many emotions during this series and it was like fluctuating throughout. More so towards the end, because I was trying to constantly remind myself that this is a true story. Because the depth of a complex exploration of characters, especially Donny, and dark side to it made it kinda unbelievable sometimes. Yes, we have heard about this happening to someone but here it is explored in a way I rarely see. Still can’t believe the guy who plays Donny is recreating his own real life here. Wouldn’t have been easy for sure. Stalker especially was never ever written in this manner. It’s highly twisted, fun, also making empathetic towards her occasionally with multi-layered traits instead of being very obvious generic “Stalker” that comes to our mind. No wonder even Donny feels the same towards Martha. Want to write only about the stalker but seriously it’s to be discovered in the series. How it unfolds and Basically an exploration of trauma or traumas. Phenomenal writing and performances.
