The Guardian

A young security guard begins his first night shift at an abandoned condominium slated for demolition. To survive until dawn, he must document the night with a video recorder and strictly follow a list of unsettling rules recorded on a cell phone by the previous guard. As the hours pass, he confronts paranormal events and spectral presences.
