Meanwhile, an American Ninja, Dragon, must fend off against the thieves and their ninja henchmen. It is soon that Dragon and Ethan team up to defeat the thieves and the ninjas. Hong Kong cut and paste edit of the 1983 Korean Horror Martial Arts Film "소화성 장의사" (The Undertaker in Sohwa Province) with new ninja scenes.
