I for real had high expectations from like how this franchise is famous, but it doesn't lives upto the hype. i just want to ask the people who liked this, what was the thing stood out for you guys cause there was nothing which adds the strong value to the movie... and coming to my review: Slasher is not my thing at all, it is only when it carries the factor of getting surprised and feel the depth behind that.... and in this film that only worked for me when jenna's character died and that was perfectly placed!! First half was straight up bull-p00p, what it adds to the depth of the film? The character which felt has some essence was Lorraine cause none other of them had any sort of character development which could have given some weight to their death, it gets elevated only in second half which makes it some kind of watch worthy movie other than that it was just mediocre sk*it even the protagonist maxine was felt like a side character, what she did in the movie.. swimming, fex and show herself badass at some point who is self focused but there was no back story to it, maybe in next part... which i will watch definitely to see it get redeemed. for that unthoughtful plot, i have given 5/10.
