The Host2006

This makes me want some noods.  Very enjoyable monster/virus type of movie. You have a lot of the the Bong Joon-go elements there with basements (in this case sewers), whimsical music at seemingly scary parts, slow shots that work and add to the cinematography.  But man, that ending fire scene! Brought it down a half star down. And just the overall CGI. Would have been a 3.5 or even 4 if only the CGI was better.
