The Green Mile1999

I have felt very calloused and bitter as of late. Look at any of my recent reviews, and the majority are rambling and depressive meanderings on the perceived end times we find ourselves in given the current sociopolitical climate. And while this film is very depressing in its own right, there is an undercurrent of hopefulness.  Maybe there are miracles.  I hope we live to see them. And I hope when we walk down our own respective green miles, what awaits us is a good and fitting end. And beyond that… I pray for peace.
