An average thriller elevated by interesting narrative structure and pretty pictures on the screen. Ribsi has a slick style with bright images that pop. I loved all the red. Walking through the PNW forest is so hot this year. It's all the rage, but still laps behind Sasquatch Sunset. And yes your first guess about the twist is correct. Everything following the revelation is a bunch of tropes strung together, albeit beautifully shot
