Sitaare Zameen Par2025

It’s so tough to dislike a film like this where it’s done so sincerely. From message to characters to humour, almost everything lands. Such a feel good movie.  The big advantage of this is that it feels like a refreshing experience at theatre despite it being bit outdated in terms of overall treatment. Blame overdone mass films that are fed into us these days. I am totally fed up of that. So SZP felt like a beautiful experience and deserves all the love. Extra marks for last sequence that was the best scene of the film - going into spoilers now - Aamir was at his best in this particular scene where he’s explaining the new coach how players are and how to treat them accordingly. Then completely opposite of TZP happened which was brilliant. In TZP, boy runs back to Nikumbh to say goodbye (Special moment). In SZP, Aamir goes back to Sitaare to say goodbye (Again special moment in the film) 😭❤️❤️  What a scene this was. Overall treatment (outdated) of the film could have been lot better because the script and characters had all the good stuffs. Nonetheless it’s a movie that everybody should watch. The change was needed for Indian audience and Aamir has brought that change with a good movie. Even his performance here is very consistent. Loved his whole arc from the first scene to last scene.
