oh boy, where do i even start? i went in expecting some spicy drama (thanks to the poster), but ended up watching michael fassbender sulk around new york like he lost his will to live... and his charger. the man barely talks, avoids eye contact like it’s a sport, and looks permanently exhausted. he’s brilliant, but wow, someone give him a hug and a nap. the whole film is super moody and quiet, and at some point i realized i was just third-wheeling a very intense emotional spiral. 10/10 for aesthetic vibes, 2/10 for making me feel better about life.
