Rajamouli yet again proves why he can make me (who is usually one of the biggest hater of desi masala genre) love such larger than life Masala cinema by his creativity, absurdity and innovation in terms of action set pieces and the scale. This is exactly what is needed in these films. Otherwise this will seem basic stupid Masala film. That climax could have easily been a pathetic scene if Rajamouli didn’t execute it well and make it wildly entertaining. It’s all in the technicalities and creativity that makes Rajamouli greater Masala filmmaker than others. Enjoyed it a lot.
