Can’t believe Just when the technology or just internet started developing during late 90s and early 2000s, this sci fi horror movie was made. Mind blowing that Kurosawa thought about this that time only. Movie is a brilliant slow descent into hopelessness without any real connection or attachment on the newly invented dial up internet. The more I say about this the more I will spoil. All I can say is this is one of the most inventive horror cinema experiences ever. One scene that many have raved about and called the scariest scene in this are not wrong. I have never seen an horror set piece like that. Terrifyingly beautiful sequence. This movie, Without any jump scares or cliches got hold of my nerve and slam dunked me in the last 10 minutes that blew me away. This maybe a 2001 movie but the dark metaphorical messaging in this is as relevant now as it was 20 years back. MYSHIT CERTIFIED in every sense.
