Nimona understands how, for the outsider to truly fit in, they should not mold themselves to be accepted by the world, but together with others, should mold a world where it's okay to be different. It fits that it's a modern, futuristic world with knights and old school values, “villains” and “monsters”. It’s fun but also quite real.
