June returns to St. Mary’s after the chaotic events that closed the first film. Her mother, April, determined to keep her away from James, tightens her grip on June's life. Around them, their group of friends reunites—amidst old tensions and new arrivals that threaten a fragile balance. Throughout the school year in Milan, June and James fight to protect their relationship against mounting pressures: family control, personal ambitions, and secrets that neither of them is ready to share. Through moments of deep vulnerability, they face the wounds of the past and grow closer than ever before—but the closer they get, the more they risk losing themselves.
