Que dire. Après une première déception avec "Les deux Alfred", j'espérais apprécier un peu plus ce film-là. Hélas ! J'en suis là encore sortie déçue. Cette œuvre est un concentré d'ennui. Elle m'a laissée si indifférente que ma capacité à commenter "Adieu Berthe" est limitée : je n'ai absolument rien à en dire, sinon que j'ai trouvé le film ennuyeux à mourir et profondément décevant. Comme je le dis souvent, non, un bon casting ne suffit pas à faire un bon film... Jamais. Un long-métrage sans scénario demeure principalement médiocre. On pourrait y faire jouer tous les meilleurs comédiens de la Planète, cette médiocrité en demeurerait inchangée. What can I say? Following my initial disappointment with "Les deux Alfred", I was hoping to enjoy this film a little more. But alas! I was once again left thoroughly disappointed. This film is the epitome of boredom. Its lack of impact left me so indifferent that I struggle to say much about "Adieu Berthe": I have absolutely no comment to make, other than that I found it deathly boring and profoundly disheartening. As I often state, no, a good cast isn’t enough to make a decent film… Never. A film without a script remains, for the most part, mediocre. Regardless of whether it featured all the best actors on the planet, that mediocrity would remain unchanged.
