Marc was cast out of his home as a teenager after revealing a truth about his sexuality that his father could not accept. Years later, Marc returns – not only out of obligation, but because this might be the last time he can piece together his fractured past. His father, now lost in the confusing, shifting world of Alzheimer’s, no longer recognises him. He mistakes him for his other son, who is preserved in memory, untouched by disappointment or time.
