Klaus Kinski plays a landlord who is the son of a Nazi doctor in this campy mad scientist/slasher/naziploitation film (pause to breathe) that gets it's title from the secret tunnels and crawlspaces Kinski built to spy on his sexy tenants. Kinski is all over the place in this one. The eyeliner he applies in the final act makes his eyes look 3D. I had fun but it's not for everyone
