3 stars only for impactful last 30-35 minutes, Vineet and Vicky. First half was passable. The middle part was bad. Just bad. Pacing is so inconsistent and some scenes seems like just randomly added without any proper connection. So messy. I love cool messy screenplays but this is not one of them.  Rahman’s BGM is as messy as the screenplay. Toofan theme is over played but Jaane tu’s instrumental and occasional Zinda Rahe’s tune is magical whenever it’s played.  Good filmy ending with punchy 80s-ish dialogues with Vicky’s performance and the way brutal torture is displayed makes this watchable (For those who can handle violence).
