What happens when your rundown car wash has to compete with the "Cadillac" of car washes down the street? You enlist the most beautiful, bikini clad beach babes in town to do the washing, that's what! Best friends Kelly, Monica, and Leta ran a booming coffee shop in Rocky McCall's fancy car wash. The girls lease expires, and the greedy Rocky, along with his sons Rocky II and Rocky III, evict the girls from the profitable restaurant. Literally thrown off the premises, the furious girls join forces with young Scott Morrison who just happens to own the "underdog" car wash down the street. Hiring a collection of the hottest bodies in town as their work force sends the "California Hot Wax" cash flow to the roof and Rocky McCall's blood pressure through the roof!
