Charles Bronson is such a fascinating character that if one were given the strict facts of his life, they would not be able to understand who he is. This movie reaches in and tries to understand his soul. This movie is beautiful. Incredibly shot from start to finish. One of the best-looking post-Y2K films and my favorite depiction of the male body in cinema. Some movies are just movies. And that’s okay. This movie is art. Start to finish. Bottom to top. A work of love. And I love it.
