Alison’s Birthday is a delightful Ozsploitation that includes a real human-koala hybrid in the cast - John Bluthal.  You’ll wanna hug this adorable little satanist.  And this is wild - the movie cost $300,000 to make and it’s infinitely more delightful than anything released today.  Hollywood execs like Zaz need to start watching these movies.  They would make a killing.  Zaz, I have a projector and 120 inch outdoor screen.  You’re welcome to come to my backyard for a screening.  Anyway, I saw the new Alien movie right before this.  Now, the time spent with my dear friend at the Alamo is a treasure I’d never give up, but I sure would have loved to swap that movie out with Alison’s Birthday.  And finally, Joanne Samuel is just as delightful as her koala bear uncle.  Give Alison’s bday a watch.
