A Separation2011

This movie seems like it’s going to be another story about a couple divorcing but it ends up being so much more than that. I think the main theme of this movie is that one choice has a great affect on everything. The situation spirals out of control and the wife’s choice to leave causes everyone in the film to be affected. I love how this movie doesn’t really take sides and shows a completely understandable perspective from everyone. It’s a very complex situation and handled in that way. The script is probably the highlight as it’s perfectly written , but the acting and direction are great too.
