honestly? such a wholesome romcom! jonathan groff looks and acts like an actual puppy in this and i’m not complaining one bit. everything is so dramatic and over the top, but i kinda love that about it. like, it knows exactly what it is. also—papa?? absolute favorite. his scenes had me crying so hard. he’s the heart of the whole thing. overall, a super cute and feel-good watch.
